Defence Protocol does not guarantee that the Services will satisfy your requirements, that the Services will be available continually, or that certain elements of the services will be accessible. The VPN Service, including coverage, speed, quality, and server location, may vary, and the Service may be unavailable due to third-party service failure, emergencies, equipment or transmission faults, and network restrictions or interference. In no circumstances shall Defence Protocol, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, members, officers, or employees be liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or any other loss or damages of any kind, even if advised of the potential of such damages. OWNERSHIP

Defence Protocol is the owner and operator of the Service. Defence Protocol owns all visual interfaces, information, software, goods, and other parts of the Service, as well as its intellectual property rights.

INDEMNIFICATION

You undertake to indemnify, defend, and hold Defence Protocol, its employees, agents, directors, shareholders, and connected entities harmless from any and all claims, expenses, including attorneys' fees, resulting from your use of the Service and Content. Defence Protocol reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and management of the issue in the event of any such claim. Regardless of Defence Protocol's assumption of defense and control, your indemnification responsibilities will still apply.
