Error report (e.g., Error_Userdoesnotallowconfiguration) is automatically collected when VPN connection failed due to error. Network type (e.g., 4G) is collected by analytic service provider.

This data are collected exclusively for troubleshooting and VPN service enhancement. However, it is vital to remember that after 96 hours, this information is automatically and permanently deleted from our system.
