We do not collect information about how you use your VPN connection, including the applications, services, and websites that you view while connected to our service. In addition, we do not retain your original IP address or the IP address of the server to which you connect, nor do we log DNS requests.

VPN CONNECTION DATA
Server location (e.g., US-California server 1) is automatically collected upon VPN connection. Connection time stamp (e.g., Connected@15:30 2018/05/15) is automatically collected upon VPN connection. Error report (e.g., Error_Userdoesnotallowconfiguration) is automatically collected when VPN connection failed due to error. Network type (e.g., 4G) is collected by analytic service provider.
This data are collected exclusively for troubleshooting and VPN service enhancement. However, it is vital to remember that after 96 hours, this information is automatically and permanently deleted from our system.
OTHER INFORMATION
Analytics data such as app crash reports and in-app page engagement when you use Defence Protocol. Advertising data such as your iOS ad identifier (IDFA) or Android ad master identifier. These bits of data allow us to monitor the performance of our app and its features. We use this data to support our free VPN service, but we do not disclose them with marketers.
